What’s Happening in Syracuse at the New York Chinese Lantern Festival?

The Chinese Lantern Festival takes place at dusk so you can stroll along a brilliant lantern-lit path through the state fairgrounds. Watch vendors as they work their craft, which festival patrons may purchase. The event also features two 30-minute sets of live music showcasing Chinese culture, and you won’t go hungry because food and beverages will be available.

The New York State Chinese Lantern Festival 2018 takes place from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM at the New York State Fair Grounds in Geddes. The event runs from Friday, May 25th to Sunday, July 1st. Kids are welcome at this event. Admission is free for children under five.
