With five kitchens and five bars, three restaurants and three ballrooms, our historic Syracuse hotel will be a true foodie’s fantasy. “It’s exciting,” said Tom Kiernan, who serves as the property’s executive chef, overseeing all the dining and drinking outlets. “I think this is going to be the lynchpin of downtown Syracuse.”
Eleven Waters Set to Open Soon in Former Hotel Syracuse

After 92 years, a facelift for Hotel Syracuse’s gargoyles & Made in CNY: Local business gives new life to hotel gargoyles
After the Gargoyles were removed from the property, many wondered if they would ever make their way back. We are happy to say they have! The gargoyles that watched over the former Hotel Syracuse for more than 90 years were replaced with lighter, more durable replicas.
